Cancellation Policy

Ongoing monthly memberships can be canceled at any time prior to the monthly membership process date. New monthly memberships need to be canceled within 72 hours of when the order was placed to be eligible for a full refund. New annual or longer memberships can also be canceled within 72 hours of when the order was placed to be eligible for a full refund. If an annual or longer membership is canceled after 72 hours but within the first 30 days of membership the membership will be refunded the annual fee less one month's membership fee. After the first 30 days annual or longer memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships that are automatically renewed must be canceled within 24 hours of when the membership renewal processes to be eligible for a refund.
