Roadside Assistance Benefits
Towing Service
AutoRoadService.com's roadside assistance program includes a very liberal 25 mile towing allowance to the nearest service facility. Though it is unlikely, if a member must tow their
vehicle beyond 25 miles, they may do so for an additional per mile fee (usually around $2 per mile depending on the location).
Battery Jump Start
Battery jump start service will provided to members wth a dead battery.
Minor Roadside Adjustments
Minor roadside adjustments will provided to members if the need arises.
Flat Tire Assistance
A flat tire will be changed with the member's spare tire.
Fuel Delivery
An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to a member.
Vehicle Winching & Extraction
A member's vehicle will be winched if it is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow, as long as it is accessible from a normally traveled roadway.
Lockout Service
If a member locks his/her keys in the vehicle or loses the keys, locksmith services will be provided to open the vehicle.
Reimbursement Option
AutoRoadService.com's roadside assistance program offers an $80 reimbursement option in the event a network provider is not available in a particular geographic area.
Claims
AutoRoadService.com's roadside assistance program allows for 3 roadside assistance claims per membership year. However, in the unlikely event that more than 3 claims are needed, service will
continue to be provided on a "pay as you go" basis.
